What we liked the most was the security of the hotel. We stayed in a hotel the last time we were in Sacramento and there were homeless people wandering around in the parking lot, some were deranged. At that hotel we had to go out of the lobby to get to our room. At the Natomas Hilton everything was enclosed; there was no outside access to our room. We ate at the restaurant which was located in the lobby. We had breakfast and dinner, and both were very good--especially the dinner special, steak and shrimp--delicious! The room was very nice--we stayed in a room that was designed for wheelchair access, and it was very spacious. The thermostat was simple and it was easy to control the room temperature. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Sacramento!

Kevin was the best shuttle driver and HGI rep that I have ever met. He was friendly, personable, helpful, and professional & he did a great job of informing us about the hotel and the fabulous food at the restaurant. Of course, the price was very expensive for my stay, because I booked last minute, but the experience made it tolerable.

The staff at check-in, morning shift front desk and morning breakfast server were excellent. Lobby area was clean and tidy. Our check-in agent (Marcy?) was outstanding, she accommodated our needs without question, and on my 3rd stop at the front desk she remembered my name. Our breakfast server was also excellent. Hotel has a fitness center and pool which, given more time we would have enjoyed visiting.

Very clean lobby, elevator, room. The room was very nice and water pressure was excellent. In room amenities were excellent. Also I had a nice view from my window. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was great, many restaurants and a market near by. Would stay again if I needed to travel to Sacramento in the future.

The breakfast staff was top notch, and the room and gym was very clean. Cleaning staff was also very professional and courteous. Awesome place to stay, and I do have plans to stay at the Hilton for all my family and business trips.
